Потому что забирать разрешения должна была площадка, очевидно они это не сделали. Все вопросы к ней должны быть. С новой версией запрещать использование будет ещё проще, но кажется этого никто не делает.
Но я где-то читал что из топ25 артистов сета только 3 живы, так что принципиально погоду это не изменит.
