Technically - masterpiece, but with boring story inside where computer characters goes to for big family drama and they don't touch, but to water shaders, reflections, textures I can watching endlessly, plans to goes second time only for this. Camera amazing in every scene, but looks like Mr. Cameron focus on this and dedicated story line and actors to someone else.
