Pros: Multi-platform support is really easy, not much code or assets need to change between them. Cons: Sometimes it's really hard to optimize or customize different parts of the game because of the closed nature of the engine, but the newer versions of Unity are fixing that by allowing us to have more low-level access to the engine.
