Есть информация, о том что Гейб лично читает свою почту и иногда отвечает фанатам. Однако запрос можно сделать и через поддержку в Steam.

Для тех, кто не может написать самостоятельно я выложу текст, который мы должны донести до Steam в ближайшее время. Используйте все доступные каналы - поддержка Steam, электронная почта Гейба. Текст:

Dear Steam and Gabe Newell

I know that this letter may not be succesful in terms of your decisions and I don't blame your for that. USA and all EU contries support Ukraine tight now. My country is a victim of horrible agression and war crimes of Russia. Kyiv and other citiesof Ukraine are surrounded by russain forces and they kill civillians that are trying to flee. At the same time thousands of russian people are playing games in Steam while we are dying here. They do not wnat to see the reality, Please discontinue Steam service in Russia. It can save a lot of people and involve russians into political live of their country. I don't know wheather I will be alive to thank you in case you choose to help us.
