В список также вошли «Тетрис», Undertale и Dark Souls III.

Японский телеканал TV Asahi не уточнил, какая выборка использовалась при опросе и сколько зрителей проголосовало за ту или иную игру.

В тройку лидеров вместе с The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild вошли Dragon Quest V и Final Fantasy VII. Всего в списке оказалось по 10 частей Dragon Quest и Final Fantasy.

Большинство игр в рейтинге — японские, но есть и тайтлы, разработанные в западных странах: так, Ghost of Tsushima заняла 66 место и опередила в том числе Bloodborne (67) и Metal Gear Solid (79).

В опросе приняло участие более 150 тысяч человек. В первую пятерку, помимо One Piece, вошли Kimetsu no Yaiba, Slam Dunk, Detective Conan и Dragon Ball. А замкнула первую десятку манга JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken.
