The issues with power lines mentioned by many is probably due to the lack of proper masking. The creator of the original mod for Cyberpunk 2077 said in an interview with Eurogamer that FSR 2.0 needs different mask inputs vs. DLSS to hide things such as particles (and in this case the power lines) from the reconstruction.
