This won't be helpful to emulation, There is no code that ties Luigi to the game so it appears that they put the assets in perhaps in preparation but never did anything with them. The rom dumps are for the IQue And are there for unplayable as no emulator supported and DRM is not broken.
The code itself cannot be compiled because it's missing specific object files. so if people were hoping to compile the code to build a ROM to play it's not going to be possible. it's theoretically possible that someone can painstakingly reconstruct everything but I wouldn't expect to see that anytime soon if at all. MVG postulates that the reason this is is because of security practices. Even though the code leaked they must have had some sort of protocol and left specific files out of the CVS tree.
Early ocarina maps were found but that's about it... Nothing exciting there. There are also some high resolution images of Mario 64 that were probably meant for marketing.
