I tried to resolve the pay issue with at Obsidian at their Irvine office in October 2025, where Feargus Urquhart (the operations manager, an older woman called Bonnie brought him out to the lobby to see me, I wasn't expecting to deal with him) agreed in person to pay me the very same day or the next, the sum of $2400 for services previously rendered (some portraits, and some novella covers written by Carrie Patel and Eric Fenstermaker?). This is the last email I ever received from him on the issue, and all my other emails to get him to answer the invoice (which he explicitly requested) have been ignored.

Not expecting to see a single cent from them, ever - I was late in collecting the original payment due to family reasons, and I did miss one deliverable listed in one of the WFH contracts which is on me.
