Hello, DTF!

I'm Jake Gyllenhaal and actor of Hollywood since my childhood.

I'm really hate to say my name is, my last name and name, because I'll start to forget a lot of words in English after the words. So, I'm prefer to say only "I'm Jake, I'm Jake Gyllenhaal or It's Jake" because I don't start to forget a lot of words after these words.

Also I'm planning to learn a new language is french in future to be a polyglot.

Do you have any advices to fix it forever?
